With the help of my chiropractor, the right exercises, my knowledge of nutrition and the appropriate supplements, I've been able to maintain my back and slow the progression towards chronicity quite successfully.
Although I'm unable to exercise the way I used to, I can still keep reasonably fit.
And, since 2001 I've been part of the Bad Backs team, writing articles from a naturopathic perspective, and determining the most appropriate nutritional products including some of my own formulas. The concept of a website that provides reliable and diverse medical information and therapeutic products I think is very exciting for those of us who suffer with back pain.
Personally, I feel a great sense of pride, achievement and satisfaction to be part of a company like Bad Backs that has rapidly built a reputation for its integrity, business ethic, customer service and professionalism.
